I started with a scalloped punch-out shape from K&Company.
Then stamped with both the Gear in the background and the Flying Clock from the EK Success Steampunk Set.
I colored and fussy cut the Clock, finishing by coating the face in 3D Crystal Lacquer.
Brass Eyelet and Fiber are stash sh-tuff.

Corrr! I love this... it is very punk but not in your face grungy, so it has it's own lovely character!!! Super dreaming thanks
