Today's Topic Result:
A 'timely' Topic instead...
THIS is down the side of the 'Santa's List' Page:
The parents were nestled all snug in our beds,
While visions of sleeping in danced in our heads;
When down in the living room there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from our bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the main floor we flew like a flash,
To see what had made the big splash.
Paint on the furniture, paint on the floor...
A puddle was spreading everywhere, in the can was no more.
When inquiries where made as to who was to blame...
The reply was 'Nobody' it was simply a game.
Needless to say we parents were pissed...
Perhaps, where 'Nobody' is concerned... Santa should re-check his List!
Journaling:
The Boyz need to be
warned... lots if time for Santa
to double check that list.
This morning we woke to 1/2 a can of
paint across the floor and *nobody* to
blame... "Nobody" better be careful or "he'll"
be getting COAL this year! Overall
we've had a vastly improved year, but
as always life... and Kids get a
little 'chaotic' closer to the
holidays... Keeps the Ol'
Adults on our toes!

Mercy me! Such rapscallion behavior really does call for a re-edit to the Santa's list. Perhaps a cleaning rag or some paint thinner...an Extra Chores List.....
At least they haven't set your house on fire today!
Rest easy.
After such an event, kids will often tone down their wild behavior for a time.
