My very 1st ATC swap!
Made Artist Trading Cards for Blog Challenges and 'just for fun' before, but never participated in a Swap.
I'sa all excited!
It's a small group to start, all on the premium version of Book of Days, and several 1st time ATC-ers so easy-peasy on the subject matter:
Rainbow. 8 people... 8 colors, simple and not too scary.
Stick with what you know and love... for me that would be bunnies, Celtic or STEAMPUNK!

Background is heavy textured cardstock, used an 8 1/2 X 11" piece. 8 cut nicely out of this leaving a bit of trimmings to put in my Book of Days. huzzah!ran strips of paint across the page then sponged it over: 2 lighter blues then a bright one, lastly a few daubs of light gold... all shimmery now!
oooooo... shiny!
Stamped it while still a bit damp...2 sizes and 2 colors of gear-y goodness (Gel-a-Tins).
Then I forgot to take pictures...
Cut the 8 cards from the sheet and used StazOn to stamp the word and flying heart stamps (Rubber Cafe).
Guilded the wings with more of the light gold paint and edged out all the cards with gold ink.
Then I stamped more gears (Stampin' Up!) on a dark burgundy sheet, punched out butterflies, folded them in 1/2 and cut hearts to fit from them.
Final stamping (7 Gypsies) on the back, dating and signing. 
Voila... ready to go!
