I made a card, taking my inspiration largely from the colors in the picture.
Doesn't Bernadette Bunny look cozy warm in her muff, scarf and ear muffs?
Background is Masked and Tattered Angels Glimmer Misted, then rubbed with ink to give it some cozy layering.

Bunny and Flower Mini-Brads are Making Memories.
Flowers are punched from a Starbucks Cup Wrap (speaking of warmers!)
